The Company:
NVMS is a leading provider of occupational health and environmental noise training, committed to promoting safe and compliant workplaces. As part of our expanding curriculum, we are seeking a knowledgeable and engaging Trainer to deliver high-quality training on noise awareness, measurement, and control strategies.
The Role:
As a Trainer, you will be responsible for delivering a range of well-established high-quality courses in occupational and environmental noise, and for designing and delivering new courses that educate professionals on the risks associated with noise exposure, relevant regulations, and best practices for noise management in the workplace and environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and informative training sessions (in-person and online)
- Develop course materials and assessments aligned with industry standards
- Stay up to date with relevant legislation and technological advancements
- Provide practical demonstrations of noise measurement equipment
- Support learners with queries and feedback
- Travel to customers sites as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in noise assessment, acoustics, or occupational health or associated industries
- Experience in training or adult education is highly desirable
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Relevant qualifications in Acoustics, Occupational Hygiene or similar
- Familiarity with Australian noise regulations and standards
- Position of a valid driver’s license
