TECOBAR Low Voltage Cast-Resin Insulated Busway is engineered for safe and efficient power distribution in systems up to 1000V. Designed with a fully encapsulated cast-resin insulation system, it provides outstanding protection against moisture, dust, fire, and mechanical impact.

The modular design enables easy installation, fast configuration, and minimal maintenance, making it ideal for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure environments. TECOBAR’s LV Busway is available in three core variants, each optimised for different project needs:

  • Copper Busway: For maximum conductivity and performance
  • Aluminium Busway: Lightweight and cost-effective
  • NLV Series: High-capacity option for demanding applications

Copper Busway (LA/LB Series)

  • Pure copper conductors (≥99.9% purity, ≥98% IACS conductivity)
  • Rated current: 419A to 8421A
  • Superior electrical efficiency and thermal stability
  • Available in single and double conductor lines
  • Ideal for high-performance industrial and mission-critical applications
  • IP68 / IK10 rated with certified fire resistance (IEC 60331, CNS 14286, BS 6387)

Aluminium Busway (LA/LB Series)

  • High-purity AL1070 aluminium conductors
  • Rated current: 560A to 5375A
  • Cost-effective and lightweight
  • Suitable for commercial buildings and general industrial use
  • Same safety and protection standards as copper series (IP68 / IK10)

NLV Series (Copper or Aluminium)

  • High-capacity design with wide cross-sectional conductor options
  • Rated current: 640A to 8421A
  • Ideal for data centres, infrastructure, and heavy-duty electrical systems
  • Unique patented heat dissipation openings (Taiwan and China patents)
  • IP68 protection and full compliance with IEC 61439 and CNS 14286
  • Available with grounding configurations: 3Φ3W, 3Φ4W, +G or +½G
